SUBSTANCE: proposal is given of a system and method of changing values of a timer for controlling transfer of user information. This version provides for a method of controlling transfer of user information for at least, one PT-client (half duplex communication client), each of which has at least, one timer for controlling transfer of user information. The method involves assignment by the devices administration server or PT-server, of at least one time value for at least, one timer for controlling transfer of user information in at least, one PT-client with one time value.
EFFECT: provision for capacity of the PT-server (half duplex communication server) to change the value of the timer for controlling transfer of user information subject to conditions of operation of the network.
