SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, health care facilities and may be used to improve the functional status. The apparatus comprises a rounded massage element and presented in the form of an elongated rim. Its opposite sections are chipped so that the chips on an outer surface of the rim are rounded, while those on the inner surface are pointed. On one periphery of the rim, there is a lock which can be presented in the form of two engaged crescents, or with its one end drown into the other one with both of them to be engaged with a latch or screw coupling.

EFFECT: invention provides the massage of various parts of body - arms, legs, trunk, neck - with the help of the same apparatus when connecting and disconnecting the rim to locate it on the relevant part of body, an ability to combine the effects of thee rounded, pointed elements with the improved functional status.
