SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulators, in particular to devices and appliances for training skills to optimise psychophysiological state of a person and skills of relaxation or revitalisation of psychophysiological processes. The training system comprises a headset with a mask and fastening elements, a control unit, an audio system with spaced sound speakers oppositely disposed in the area of human ears, and means for supplying oxygen under the mask, the headset mask is made to form an acoustic space around the person's head, while the audio speakers are located on the inner surface of the mask at a distance from each other, greater than the maximum size of a human head. The audio system is equipped with speakers of bone conduction. The means for supplying oxygen is made in the form of at least one nozzle with an outlet located in the central zone of the mask for supplying oxygen in the area of a nose of the person. The training system is provided with a cooling unit connected with means for supplying oxygen, which outlet end is located in the upper zone of the mask for supplying oxygen to the area of a forehead of the person. It can also be equipped with a light source with the ability of smooth change in lighting in the interior of the mask, video system with swivel screen attached to the headset. The headsets of the training system are made stationary and mobile.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of enhancing psychophysiological state of a person with a high reliability and safety of the headset operation.
