FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of electrical physical-chemical machining, particularly, to electro-abrasive grinding of inner surfaces of parts from hard-to-machine materials by current-conducting wheel. Proposed method comprises subjecting the part and grinding wheel to electrical physical-chemical effects during the entire grinding cycle, controlling machining process and dressing by feeding asymmetric different-polarity current pulses. Note here that one common electric circuit electrolyte-wheel is created while water-based electrolyte containing NaNO3 3%, NaNO2 1%, Na2CO3, 0.5% is sprayed into grinding zone by nozzle.
EFFECT: control over wheel cutting capacity, maximum efficiency of grinding hard-to-machine surfaces.
