FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electroabrasive grinding of inner surfaces of a complex-shape hole in a part. In the method electroabrasive grinding is performed in three stages. At first stage radial cutting of the grinding wheel into the treated part surface is performed by the value of allowance, while measuring the torque on the grinding wheel shaft and controlling the second derivative of residual voltage by time intervals between pulses of the voltage. At the second stage submerged equidistant grinding is performed at a rate of feed exceeding the speed of electrochemical dissolution, while measuring the torque on the grinding wheel shaft and controlling the second derivative of residual voltage by time intervals between pulses of the process current voltage. At the third stage sparking-out process is implemented at the process current voltages in the pulse exceeding the voltage of the processed material transpassivation, herewith micro- or nanosecond duration pulses are set, and the pause duration is selected to ensure maximum efficiency.
EFFECT: invention provides higher accuracy and quality of the processed surface and increased efficiency of processing complex-shape holes inner surfaces.
