FIELD: performing operations.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of parts by grinding and can be used in electrochemical abrasive grinding of parts with current-conducting wheel with its simultaneous cleaning. Proposed method comprises processing part with current-conducting abrasive wheel in medium of current-conducting liquid and cleaning wheel. In process of part processing by means of control system in constant mode control of current value of parameter Kcur.pr. is performed, which determines the degree of contamination of the grinding wheel. When its maximum value is exceeded, the grinding wheel working surface cleaning process is started until the nominal value of the parameter Knom.pr. is achieved. Latter is defined as ratio of cutting force Pz to duration of electrochemical machining phase tecm per one revolution of spindle rotation tsp.r.

EFFECT: increasing processing productivity while maintaining the specified accuracy and quality of the surface layer.
