SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for pelletizing by extrusion of ground semi-product of vegetal origin. Matrix has at least one channel made in the form of socket for installation of replaceable draw plate. Braw plate is a cylindrical shell with a variable diameter of the outer surface and is installed in the seat near the working surface of the matrix as it is planted with the support of its collar in the collar made in the socket of the matrix. Diameters of the outer surface of the draw plate after the collar and the inner surface of the matrix seat provide placement of strain gauges and a temperature sensor installed on the outer surface of the draw plate. Inlet section of the replaceable draw plate is located at the level of the working surface of the matrix.

EFFECT: higher accuracy and reliability of measurement of normal axial and radial stresses in channel of draw plate of granulator matrix.
