FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for pelletising pre-crushed materials and can be used for detection of stressed condition in wedge-like working space of roll-matrix pelleting press. Pressing roll contains axis with bearings, on which there is cylindrical shell, and force-measuring device, built-in into information-measurement system. Force-measuring device consists of double-support strain plates with strain gauges glued on them, cylindrical bearing pins and support plate common for strain plates. Force-measuring device is installed in longitudinal through slot of shell, in flat base of which along its length is row of through cylindrical radial holes. Each bearing pin is fitted with annular gap in corresponding hole and working end extends to contact surface of shell, and spherical head rests on strain gage plate.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring normal radial stresses in wedge-like working space, possibility of determining parameters of stressed condition and their distribution in tangential direction and along width of working members.
