FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle auxiliaries, particularly, to built-in pick-and-place appliances to ease parking via vehicle transverse motion. Proposed device comprises inserted fixed element and extending rod with limit switches. Electromechanical pick-and-place system is composed of worm-and-rack gearing. Rod reciprocation is driven by separate reversing motor supplied by vehicle onboard circuit. Extra wheel is pivoted on vertical shaft. Brake is provided at extra wheels. Extra wheel drive low-rpm motor shaft is engaged with wheel shaft via elastic compensates coupling box to smooth impacts of torque effects.
EFFECT: easier parallel parking.
