FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: repair methods of heating walls of coking chambers in a battery of coke furnaces from one end of the chamber to its opposite end, which involves laying of the first layer of thermoresistant non-expansive large-size unified cast modules, each of which has at least one vertical hole forming the part of a flue tube, arrangement of the first layer of large-size cast modules at observation of required distances between large-size cast modules and existing heating walls and the required wedging of the furnace; fixture of large-size cast modules using the mortar. After that, the above steps are repeated for installation of the next layers of large-size cast modules with formation of a newly built heating wall, which differs by the fact that laying is performed above adjacent heating walls of the group of thermoresistant non-expansive large-size unified cast roof units equipped with roof units of the flue tube, which are laid on each other from upper part of each wall to the top of the roof covering by passing the flue tube through the above roof covering, and additional roof units that are laid on each other from the above upper part of each wall to the specified top of the roof covering having the channels passing from the coking chamber that is restricted with the above adjacent heating walls; large-size cast roof units are fixed, and grouting if the roof between the roof units of the flue tube and additional roof units is performed to complete the laying of the roof covering.

EFFECT: invention allows repairing heating walls and roofs from the machine side to the coke side of the battery of the coke furnaces, which are made from silica brick, with improvement of operating characteristics of repaired walls and the roof.
