FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: two base metal parts with a central profile in the form of a circle are made, which are arranged coaxially and fixed. Space between the parts is restricted with annular inserts. Vulcanisate of rubber mixture is poured through an inner gate. Parts for crystallisation are placed into a bath with the temperature of not more than 85-98°C, where exposure is performed during 25-50 minutes. For forming of a slot in the die mould insert there overlapped is annular space of a radially installed plate with thickness of 1-2 mm. After rubber mixture is cooled down to room temperature, the gate, the plate forming the slot is removed, and joints of transient from annular inserts are ground. Substrate (27) is used to fix nut (26) with a standard cutting profile against being rotated. Annular element (28) in the form of a plate with hole (29), in which threaded section (22) of pin (21) is located, is installed after substrate (27). Flat surface (32) of annular element (28) is connected to section (33) of flat surface of combined limit stop (34) having opposite located flattened surfaces. A nut with parallel located cuts is arranged at an angle of 9°, which is formed with cuts and axis of the combined part. On flange surface of the second part there made are two slots with sizes of 8.5 and 11.5 mm, which are arranged at the distance of 117.5 mm. After assembly is completed, the elastic holder is epilamised during 20-30 minutes with penetration of an epilamated layer to 150-200 mcm. Then, the stiff elastic holder is lubricated, dried and the information on tightening torque of a threaded connection of the part, which is equal to 14.5 Nm, is applied.

EFFECT: simpler design, increased durability and improved operating properties of a stiff elastic holder.
