Abstract RU 2193925 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: discharge trunnion is made in the form of annular bead having internal surface covered with layer of sealant, which separates lining locking plates provided with spiral ribs, and has profiled surfaces with radial rounded portions intersecting substrate surface. Profiled surfaces are made in the form of trapeziums. One end of trunnion is equipped with shaped profile having inclined rectangular projection on its internal conical surface. Combined openings for threaded members are formed in inclined annular surface of shaped profile. Rectangular flange is positioned at opposite end of trunnion. Shaped profile has ribs with elliptical openings and rectangular flange has ribs with three faces of unequal length and cylindrical openings. Trunnion of such construction is used in mills.
