FIELD: various industries. SUBSTANCE: pump includes sectional housing with inlet branch pipe, impeller with blades on working side, bearing unit, sealing unit and shaft with pulley. Opposite side of impeller is provided with blades; members of housing are made by permanent-mold casting; their inner surfaces are rough but for areas which are not brought in contact with working medium. Collar of sealing unit is made from rubber mix and is provided with taper platform in zone of ring-shaped knurling, second stepped reinforcing member inner curvilinear projections and adapter strip of varying section smoothly increasing from backing towards second reinforcing member. Axial and radial surfaces of backing are formed by flash by lash layer or rubber mix and curvilinear projections found on it. Compression spring located inside has truncated taper profile and irregular pitch of spiral ensuring guaranteed extension of graphite ring and sagging of sealing unit. Rubber mix is frost-resistant and heat-resistant due to presence of anti-oxidizing film of surface of rubber mix. Bearing unit is provided with movable assemblies which include balls and rollers; pulley is toothed. EFFECT: enhanced structural and technological capacities of pump. 3 dwg
