FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for recycling carbon-containing wastes and can be used at thermal power stations, at coal-cleaning plants, at oil refineries when recycling hydraulic and oil sludge, as well as at power generating facilities for recycling sewage sludge. The system comprises a furnace, a heat exchanger and an ash collector. The furnace has a fluidised bed and has a dome shaped housing made of refractory material with a grate bar. An inert carrier is placed on the fire grate in form of coarse-grained quartz sand. Inside the boiler there are water heating pipes which are connected to the heat consumer. A swirl-nozzle burner is mounted on the side wall of the boiler. Wastes are fed through an atomising device. The ash collector has an inlet pipe, a housing, an outlet pipe, a hopper, and sprinkler and spray nozzles in form of centrifugal atomisers. Each atomiser has a housing, a nozzle and a swirler insert. The nozzle has a divergent channel for feeding liquid into a cylindrical hole which is axially symmetrical to the housing and smoothly turns into a profiled hole in form of a de Laval nozzle.
EFFECT: high efficiency of cleaning furnace gases.
