FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics and is intended for osteosynthesis of femoral neck with screws passed in parallel. Guide for parallel introduction of non-cannulated spongy bone screws consists of case, clamp bolt and bushes, placed on sliding fit in through openings of case. Case is made cylindrical with central axial opening for drill, connected with radial through cut, which together with clamp bolt ensures fastening of drill in said axial opening. Openings for bushes are located at a distance from each other and are made around central axial opening on concentric circles, separated from each other by distance equal 0.18-0.22 value of diameter of openings for bushes.
EFFECT: invention ensures possibility of making several parallel to each other openings in bone for placement of non-cannulated screws for osteosynthesis with required individually specified distance between openings.
