FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics. Guide comprises body in the form of parallelepiped, bushing for drill, bushing for pin. In body of guide at the distance of 5 mm from short side there is a through slot of rectangular shape with inscribed circumferences along its smaller sides with width corresponding to external diametre of bushing for pin, with length of up to 50 mm. Bushing for drill is fixed in body of guide at the distance of 5 mm from through slot and protrudes from guide body towards each side for up to 20 mm. Bushing for pin with length of up to 150 mm and thread at the distance of up to 30 mm from sharpened end is fixed in slot with the help of two nuts at the top and bottom of guide body.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to arrange several parallel holes in femoral neck and head for installation of non-cannulated screws for osteosynthesis with any individually specified distance between holes, possibility to select individual distance from bone to body of guide.
