SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to dentistry and is intended for removal of all types of dentition defects by detachable dental prosthesis. Method of fixation of dental prosthesis in oral cavity in presence of all types of dentition defects consists in the fact, that fixation element, fastened in oral cavity, is represented by non-detachable dental prosthesis, which has as connecting, bearing and holding elements cast together with integrally-cast metal frame as one-piece construction integrally-cast metal bar in places of dentition defects with one or more ball integrally metal fixer, or metal stump insert with ball fixer, cast together with stump insert, or implants with ball fixer. Fixing element in detachable dental prosthesis is silicone material, applied on prosthesis field of detachable dental prosthesis from acrylic plastic, and silicone material is applied only in cavity in detachable dental prosthesis basis, of proper configuration corresponding to integrally-cast metal bar, or stump insert with ball fixer, or to implant, which has ball integrally-metal fixer or fixers, or on entire basis of detachable prosthesis and in cavity, adjoining alveolar process.

EFFECT: ensuring exact, tight and reliable fixing of detachable prosthesis in oral cavity by ball fixer or metal integrally-cast bar, simplicity of manufacturing and application.
