FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular, to intraocular photosensors and methods of distance measuring, applied in intraocular lens systems. To determine the distance to the object under observation amount of light passing through pupil is measured, distribution of light passing through pupil is measured, or both parameters: amount of light and distribution of light passing through pupil are measured. After that, the distance to object under observation is determined basing on the data of measurement. Measurement of, at least one of amount and distribution of light is realised by photosensor, implanted in eye, assessment of distance to the object under observation is realised by processor. Therefore device for distance measurement contains photosensor, able to register light, falling on eye pupil, and processor, able to evaluate distance to object under observation basing on light, registered by photosensor.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to distinguish distances to objects under observation in different conditions of surrounding illumination and distinguish changes of conditions of surrounding illumination.
