FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to combustiology. A burn surface is treated by a droplet-vapour mixture containing 55% of liquid nitrogen and 45% of oxygen to decrease its temperature to 8-10°C.
EFFECT: method improves oxygenation and blood flow of the irrigated area, prevents the developing inflammatory process in the wounds, prevents wet necrosis and eliminates the pain syndrome.
