FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: temperature of burned surface and surrounding intact skin is registered. Application of drape is made with ozonous physiological solution. Thereafter the temperature of burned surface and surrounding intact skin is registered once more. If the temperature gradient is decreased surface dermal burns are diagnosed. If the temperature gradient is increased deep dermal burns are diagnosed.
EFFECT: method allows evaluating oxygenation, blood supply and microcirculation on the area of dermal burns and selecting group of burns characterised with large affection of derma.
