FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of whatever fluids in draying at spray dries for making powders for microbiological, chemical and food industries. Nozzle central tube makes a fluid channel. Annular clearance between barrel tubes doubles as a gas channel. Head case features convergent. Central tube has divergent section resting on convergent section of head case. Tangential cutouts directed from periphery to centre making gas nozzles at convergent part in cross-section circle. Part shaped to, approximately, inversed mushroom is secured to central tube inner part with clearance between its divergent part and head. Said part has cavity in top section connected by end face with central tube and holes with annular clearance. Lower section of this part is shaped to mushroom head in diameter equal to, at least, head case lower part diameter. Part lower section forms annular or sector slot between head case lower edge.
EFFECT: finer dispersion of fluid drops, better drying in spray drier, maximum efficiency of single sprayer.
