FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymer degassing extruder. Proposed extruder comprises the drive, extruder cylinder, extruder screw arranged in said cylinder, first stock injection point, extruded article outlet, degassing zone and gas outlet. Note here that aforesaid drive is arranged nearby extruder screw bottom end in direction of polymer flow feed. Note also that gas outlet for, at least, a portion of gas released in degassing, upstream of stock injection point.
EFFECT: ruled out ingress of low-molecular substances into extruder drive transmission, better physical-chemical properties on extruded polymer.
