FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method and device are intended for producing film or sheet from thermoplastic material alloy by extruding intimate mix of incompatible polymers, for example, polypropylene dispersed in LLDPE and expanding it after extrusion. Extruder incorporates mesh chamber comprising one or several meshes. Note here that said mesh or meshes has or have at least four bars arranged spaced apart. Holes with size selected to reduce mean size of dispersed phase P1 or P2 in mix are made between said bars. Note here that meshes are arranged in position whereat slot is wider than said slot. Note also that mesh chamber comprises additionally narrowing section of slot where through mix flows to extruder escape slot.
EFFECT: reduced back pressure.
