FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleaning the objects from oil-bearing fluids. Proposed device comprises floating oil collection means composed of belt conveyor consisting of endless thin perforated tape mounted on hollow sealed drums. Float composed of hollow vessel is arranged between hollow drums and belt runs. Said float is secured to moving frame to swing along with belt conveyor relative to surface layer of oil-bearing fluids around drive drum shaft running in two bearings secured to fixed frame together with the drive. Besides this device comprises drain system composed of discharge chute. To decrease friction of belt with drum surfaces and float, skis are arranged between said surfaces and secured to surfaces of the drums and float. Said belt is made from metal or polymer oil-resistance material and mounted on three hollow sealed drums to make triangular cross-section conveyor. Note here that two drums are drive components while float is shaped to triangle.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
