SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heterocyclic compounds of formula:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: the ring A means a 5-member nonaromatic heterocycle specified in N, O, with one heteroatom optionally additionally substituted by one substitute =O; the ring B means a benzene ring optionally additionally substituted by 1-3 substitutes specified in: C1-6alkoxy optionally substituted by 1-3 halogens, halogen, C1-6alkyl optionally substituted by 1-3 halogens, X means a bond, O, CH2O, OCH2, CH2, (CH2)2, S, CH2S, SCH2, S(O), CH2S(O), S(O)CH2, S(O)2, CH2S(O)2 or S(O)2CH2, provided {2-oxo-1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-pyrrolidin-3-yl}acetic acid, and {5-oxo-1-[3-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl}acetic acid are eliminated.
EFFECT: compounds are used to prepare a therapeutic agent decreasing retinol-binding protein 4 that enables using them for treating diabetes.
