FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: process cover is made with a lengthy hole extended preferably in a longitudinal direction, above which a carriage moves with a hole designed for device passage and fixation to control stop valves. At the same time the cover is rigidly fixed in the hatch casing, and the carriage is rigidly fixed in guide slots, relative to the hole.
EFFECT: additional fixation of a device for stop valves control from ground surface in a hatch casing.
