FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method includes connection of pillars with floor slabs and placement of reinforcement elements. Forces are redistributed in areas of pillars coupling with slabs, forming single structural element units. The conventional borders of element units in plan are lines of rated zero bending torques in slabs around pillars. The conventional borders of element units along the vertical line are cross sections of pillars arranged in the middle of floor height. The design of the element unit sets eccentricity of vertical load transfer to pillars. The frame is formed from single structural element units, combining them into a spatial frame with reinforcement that is continuous and loopback in radial directions via adjacent slabs and pillars.

EFFECT: provision of higher bearing capacity of a frame.
