FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composite material in form of a continuous structure includes a layer of an internally conducting polymer which is deposited on a substrate, wherein the composite material has surface area of at least 10 m2/g. Methods of producing the composite material involve coating the substrate with a layer of an internally conducting polymer. An electrochemical or electrical device includes at least one component formed from the composite material.
EFFECT: invention widens the field of use of composite materials.
