FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the processing of manure in the cage housing of poultry. The method for deep processing of poultry manure includes heating of raw materials to a temperature of 30-35°, mechanical dewatering of raw materials, drying, feeding part of the raw materials to a reactor for gasification of manure, where combustible gas and ash are obtained as a result of thermochemical conversion without oxygen access. Combustible gas is used as a fuel for the production of thermal and electrical energy. The second part of the raw material is cooled in a cooling column and crushed. Fuel briquettes are made from one part of the resulting dehydrated crushed raw materials, and the other part is fed for mixing with ash. Before mixing the ash with the dehydrated raw materials, it is cooled, crushed, dosed to obtain a ratio of 30% of the crushed dehydrated raw materials and 70% of the ash. The resulting organo-mineral mixture is granulated and used as fertilizers. To heat the raw materials, the thermal energy of the steam of the drying machine is used.

EFFECT: provision of waste-free processing of bird droppings into such popular products as organo-mineral fertilizer, fuel briquettes and combustible gas.
