FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns fish breeding. Method involves obtainment of proteolytic fermentative protein hydrolysate without separation of non-fermented protein residue, mixture with vegetable components, fish oil, vitamin and mineral premix, and mix drying to achieve end product humidity of 10% or lower. Waste of hydrobiont processing and king crab hepatopancreas enzymes as proteolytic agent are used as raw material, protein hydrolysate is prepared at 1:1 ratio of raw material and water and 1:0.010-1:0.030 or 1:0.001-1:0.003 weight ratio of raw material and raw hepatopancreas proteolytic agent or preparation obtained from it respectively, at 50-55°C and natural pH for 1.5-2 hours to achieve 12-20% hydrolysis grade. Protein hydrolysate with up to 90% weight part of water, prepared for application, is mixed to achieve homogenous mass with minced fish out of low-value fish species, flour production waste, sea-weed flour and premix. Obtained homogenous mass is delivered for drying by continuous flow to vibrofluidised layer at 80-95°C and dried in several stages not exceeding 1 minute each until the end product is ready.

EFFECT: enhanced biological value of forage, reduced labour and power cost.
