FIELD: fodder production; fish industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and fish industry, in particular, to a method for production of dry fermented fodder additive for juvenile fish. Method is characterized by that off-grade Alaska pollock is thawed, milled to produce mince, proteolytic enzyme solution is introduced in ratio of mince : solution equal to 1:(0.15–0.35), and performing enzyme hydrolysis at temperature of 40–55 °C for 30–60 minutes after which enzyme is inactivated at 80–95 °C for 10–15 minutes. Then obtained suspension is separated by straining into liquid fermentolysate and dense bone part. 25–30 % of wheat bran are added to the liquid part while stirring to obtain a mass with moisture content within range of 61.5–67.0 % and sliding friction coefficient of less than 1. Mixture is dried at temperature 60–80 °C to product moisture content of not more than 10 % and milled.
EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a product balanced by amino acids.
