FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fish industry, in particular, to production of a protein fodder additive for young fishes grown in natural reservoirs and in garden basin commercial fishing systems. The protein fodder additive for young fishes includes fodder fish meal and fish meal hydrolysate containing polypeptides with molecular weight equal to 1000-1300 Da at the following quantity ratio, wt %: fish meal - 80-84, fish meal hydrolysate - 16-20.
EFFECT: fodder additive allows to enrich the young fish fodder with protein in an available form.
