FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to forestry machinery and is intended for extracting nuts from cedar cones. Proposed device comprises a frame, motor mounted thereat and furnished with drive pulley connected by belts with driven pulley of feeder and driven pulley of processing mechanism. Said feeder comprises loading bin, drying chamber and conveyor arranged above said bin to extend through drying chamber. Drying chamber has housing to accommodate heaters and fans. Conveyor belt is made of gauze with conical cone seats arranged at belt edges and rigidly connected therewith. Processing mechanism comprises working member, pusher and guide. Working member arranged at the frame is composed of hollow truncated cone the thrusts, openings and slot. Metallic pushes is shaped to disc fitted on the shaft. Said pushers are arranged regularly on said disc and consist of cup rigidly secured thereto by rods. Aforesaid guide is rigidly connected with the frame and, by its top end, with feeder conveyor and, by its bottom end, with aforesaid working member. Said guide is composed of a hollow truncated cone connected with branch pipe with cutout for pusher passage. Peeled mass collection tray is arranged under working member.
EFFECT: higher quality of shelling.
