FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in treating patients with denture defects with atrophy of a toothless section of the alveolar process. In a dental implant comprising a support plate mounted on the chutes of the alveolar process with coverage of its crest, placed on the outer surface of the support plate, at least one fastening element for installing a denture thereon, and at least one retainer arranged on inner surface of support plate and interacting with mating recess in crest of alveolar bone, support plate used is sub-cortical plate, which form corresponds to the replaced area of the cortical layer of the alveolar process, and support plate inner surface and retainer surface are provided with microroughnesses, linear dimensions of which exceed 40 mcm, wherein retainer preferably has a tubular profile, in addition, support plate and / or retainer are perforated, and thickness of support plate and / or wall retainer does not exceed 2 mm.
EFFECT: use of the implant allows improving reliability of the dental implant.
