METHOD OF CLINICAL ESTIMATION OF ACCURACY OF NON-DETACHABLE DENTAL PROSTHESES MANUFACTURING Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC A61C13/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry, and is intended for application in fitting non-detachable dental prostheses in oral cavity and adjusting apparatuses of computer modelling and milling of dental prostheses under computer control, as well as in testing insets. Impression of clearance between prosthetic bed surface and dental prosthesis is obtained with full introduction of dental prosthesis on prosthetic bed. Before extraction of silicone impression from shape-forming structures its spatial configuration is stabilised with silicone of contrast colour with identical chemical composition. Chemically bound double-layered silicone block with impression is cut in horizontal and transverse planes. Picture of impression section is taken by digital light-optical microscope with applied marker. Thickness of silicone impression in different sections is measured by estimation of digital image in computer graphics editor.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to ensure high degree of accuracy of manufacturing and fitting non-detachable dental prostheses and dental insets due to carrying out analysis of data about thickness of clearance between prosthetic bed surface and internal surface of non-detachable dental prosthesis in clinical conditions.
