FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mixers for making high-homogeneity multicomponent suspensions, emulsions etc, to be used in construction, mining, food industry, medicine etc. Proposed unit comprises actuator, control unit, thermostatic control station, working fluid tank, flushing fluid tank, receiver with gas for drying and bubbling, receiver with working gas, electromagnetic radiation source, data control board. Actuator comprises case with loading and discharging systems, intake cone, material forced feeder, conical base of working zone outer element with individual drive of reciprocation in lengthwise axis and conical base of working zone inner element with individual drive of its bilateral rotation. Said inner and outer elements are provided with gaging zone.
