FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises selector with set lever displaced by driver hand along and across link slots. First moving element is fitted at cantilever cylindrical axle. It is axially locked by cylindrical pin furnished with ear-shaped second moving element. Set lever rod with elements of spring retainer and stop is arranged at second moving element web to get in contact with female shaped elements. Set lever locating retainers are arranged at cantilever cylindrical axle on both sides of the first moving element. Selector body is provided with built-in independent electronic units of generation, reception, processing, indication and transmission of set lever position signals to central processor. First electronic device is composed of pcb with Hall transducers, permanent magnets and LEDs and arranged under aforesaid link. Second electronic device comprises sensitive motion transducers arranged in the body of first moving device and permanent magnets. First magnet is arranged in the body of cantilever cylindrical axle while another one is fitted in the ear of second moving element. Besides, the device incorporates mechanical spring-loaded set lever position retainer and electromagnetic stop composed of two-arm lever with locking tab driven in the slot of one of retainers by electromagnet and released therefrom by spring.
