SUBSTANCE: communication terminal controls time characteristics of data transfer sent into a base station so that the base station may receive data within the pre-determined delay time. The communication terminal comprises a unit of reception 701 for reception of MAC control information priority sent from the base station, a priority control unit 703 for determination of a mutual connection between the MAC control information priority and a priority assigned for DRB and SRB, and a unit 704 of transfer message generation for control so that information of higher priority is sent earlier, in accordance with mutual relation between priorities determined by the priority control unit 703. In accordance with the communication terminal a comparison is made between the priority of MAC control information and the priority assigned for DRB and SRB, as a result of which it becomes possible to control the information to be sent as necessary.
EFFECT: elimination of delays in data transfer.
