SUBSTANCE: invention refers to allergology and immunology. The method for relieving an allergic response to ambient Fel D1 in a human involving minimising the effect of Fel D1 on an individual predisposed to the allergic response to ambient Fel D1 by contacting the ambient allergen sources with a composition containing a Fel D1 antibody which specifically inhibit an ability of Fel D1 to bind to mastocyte in the individual predisposed to the allergic response to Fel D1 with Fel D1 originated from Felidae, while the antibody contains at least a binding portion of the antibody specific to Fel D1, and at least a portion of human IgG.
EFFECT: invention provides relieving the allergic response to the ambient allergen Fel D1 in the individual.
