SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to truck engine compressor systems. Proposed system comprises compressor to feed compressed air to engine turbosupercharger. Said compressor can suck air pre-compressed by turbosupercharger via first air feed line and suck uncompressed air via second air feed line. Proposed method consists in sucking air pre-compressed by turbosupercharger by means of compressor via first air feed line at pressure lower than controlled supercharging threshold. Note here that uncompressed air is sucked via second air feed line at pressure exceeding said controlled supercharging threshold.
EFFECT: increased volume of air at lower supercharging pressure.
