METHOD TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY AND DEVICE TO CONTROL FUEL SUPPLY Russian patent published in 2013 - IPC F02M47/02 F02M63/04

Abstract RU 2492346 C2

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method to control fuel supply includes movement of a slide of a two-way valve from the extreme lower position into the extreme upper one, a spring-loaded stem and the two-way valve slide are moved directly or via a movement multiplier, the slide of the two-way valve is retained in the upper position for the time of injection duration mechanically due to power kinematic interaction of the convex surface of the plate with a microprofile of a programmable profiled cam, in case of cut-off the spring-loaded stem with the slide of the two-way valve is moved to the lower extreme position with the help of the spring and is retained with the help of the spring for the time specified for cut-off, the plate is moved along the axis of the cams with the alternating length of the convex surface along the plate width, which varies along the axis continuously or discretely, in the plane perpendicular to the plane of the two-way valve slide movement or at the angle to it, and duration of injection is changed. Device to control fuel supply includes a slide of a two-way valve, and their seats are made with conical sealing surfaces, connected mechanically with a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for linear displacement of the slide of one two-way valve, the quick-acting reversible mechanical drive is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with a convex surface at one end of the plate of permanent radius and the certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crankshaft with at least one programmable profiled cam with at least one microprofile on it with at least one microprofile on each profiled cam, microprofiles are made with a straight entering edge and a straight trailing edge during permanent and stepped duration of injection and with a trailing edge parallel to the slant of the convex surface during injection duration control, the convex surface of each plate is made either with permanent length of the convex part length along the plate width or with a slant at one or several angles along its width and at the different angles to the axis of the shaft or stepped along the width of the plates by length of the convex end part, each plate is made as capable of displacement along the axis of the stem and the needle and is connected at the same time directly or via a movement multiplier with a spring-loaded stem and through it with a slide of a two-way valve, each plate is made as capable of movement in the plane, which is perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle and the stem with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose by means of a splint joint with the stem, relative to which the plate moves.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to supply fuel according to rectangular laws with steep front of pressure rise and drop during injection and at maximum pressure of injection, with even spraying of fuel, and to realise the method of fuel supply control.
