FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: device of fuel supply control comprises a nozzle with a two-way valve with a spring-loaded stem and a circular plate connected kinematically with a controlled quick-acting reversible drive, a control chamber, a needle, a sprinkler with one level of holes, a high pressure fuel pump, a fuel reservoir, a fuel makeup pump, connected between each other hydraulically. The device is equipped with an individual fuel pump with a drive from a cam shaft kinematically connected with a crank shaft. The individual fuel pump is connected via the high pressure control valve with a low pressure hydraulic accumulator, a slide of the two-way valve and their seats are made with conical sealing surfaces, each slide is connected kinematically with the quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for linear displacement of the slide of one two-way valve, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder of the convex surface on one end with permanent radius and certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crank shaft, with at least one profiled cam on it with at least one microprofile on each profiled cam. Microprofiles are made with an incoming edge parallel to the axis of the nozzle needle and with a trailing edge parallel to the slant of the convex surface of the plate end. When injection duration is controlled, the convex surface of each plate is made with one or more slants along its width. Each plate is made as capable of movement along the axis of the stem and the slide of the two-way valve and the needle and is connected at the same time directly or via the movement multiplier with the spring-loaded stem and via it with the slide of the two-way valve. Each plate is made as capable of displacement in the plane perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle and the stem with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose with a spline joint to the stem, relative to which the plate moves.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to realise maximum indicator efficiency factor and to minimise fuel consumption for control, to increase reliability and to reduce cost of fuel supply system.
