FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention to control fuel supply makes it possible to supply fuel in accordance with rectangular laws with steep front of pressure rise and drop during injection and under maximum pressure of injection, with even spraying of fuel, and to implement the method of fuel supply control. The device comprises a nozzle with a two-position valve, a control chamber, a locking element of a sprayer, interacting with the control chamber at the top and connected to the high pressure line at the bottom, a sprayer, a fuel pump of high pressure, a fuel reservoir, a fuel injection pump, connected to each other hydraulically, and the nozzle is made with two levels of openings for injection, with a needle and a bushing, coaxial to the needle of the nozzle, is equipped with two two-position valves for control of the needle and the bushing, slide valves of two-position valves and their seats are made with locking surfaces and are connected each mechanically with its quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for linear displacement of a slide valve of the first two-position valve, which controls the needle, and the second two-position valve that controls the bushing, the quick-acting reversible mechanical drive for each two-position valve is equipped at least with one plate for one quick-acting reversible mechanical drive with a convex surface of constant radius at one end and a certain length of the convex part each, and with one slant each, a shaft connected with a crank shaft, two profiled cams, one microprofile for implementation of the main injection on the second cam arranged in the gap between microprofiles on the first cam for implementation of the preliminary injection and injection after the main one, all microprofiles on the first and second cam are made with the straight incoming edge and with the trailing one parallel to the slant of the convex surface during control of injection duration, each plate is made with the capability of mechanical interaction with microprofiles first with their straight part as valves switch from one extreme position into another, and then with a convex part of permanent radius during realisation of injection duration. Each plate is made as capable of displacement along the axis of its two-position valve and is connected each directly or via a multiplier of displacement with a spring-loaded stem and through it with a slide valve of a two-position valve. A hydraulic accumulator of high pressure is connected with chambers under the needle and the bushing, and via filling valves of the first and second two-position valves with chambers of control accordingly above the needle and the bushing during cutoff. During injection each two-position valve is connected via an unloading valve with the low pressure accumulator and the control chamber above the needle. Each plate is made as capable of displacement in the plane perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle, the stem or slide valves of two-position valves with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose with a splint joint with a stem, relative to which the plate moves.
EFFECT: maximum indicator coefficient of efficiency and minimisation of fuel flow for control, higher reliability and reduced cost of a fuel supply system.
