FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: device for fuel supply control comprises a nozzle with a needle without a spring, with two valves with mechanical switchover from one position into another one, a sprinkler with one level of holes, a fuel tank, a fuel makeup pump, a high pressure fuel pump, a high pressure hydraulic accumulator, connected hydraulically, is equipped with two control mechanical valves with stems with sealing surfaces, a low pressure hydraulic accumulator, a movement multiplier, a quick-acting reversible mechanical drive, the above-needle chamber of each nozzle is connected with the low pressure hydraulic accumulator, the outlet of the low pressure hydraulic accumulator is connected to the inlet of the high pressure fuel pump, the outlet of the high pressure hydraulic accumulator is connected with the low pressure hydraulic accumulator, the first control mechanical valve for each nozzle is installed in the nozzle channel between the inlet of the high pressure hydraulic accumulator and the under-needle chamber of each nozzle, the second control mechanical valve is installed in the nozzle channel between the above-needle chamber of each nozzle and the hydraulic accumulator of low pressure, stems of the first and second mechanical valves are connected by levers to a stem, and via it with the quick-acting reversible mechanical drive, which is equipped with at least one plate for one cylinder with the surface convex at one end and with permanent radius and with the certain length of the convex part, a shaft connected kinematically with a crank shaft, with at least one profiled can on it, with at least one microprofile on each profiled cam. Microprofiles are made with an incoming edge parallel to the axis of the nozzle needle and with a trailing edge parallel to the slant of the convex surface of the plate end. The convex surface of each plate is made with one or several slants along its width and with the possibility of displacement along the axis of the stem connected directly or via the movement multiplier with a stem, with which the first and second mechanical valves are connected, each plate is made as capable of displacement in the plane perpendicular or arranged at the angle to the axis of the needle and the stem with control of injection duration and is connected for this purpose with the spline connection with the stem, relative to which the plate moves.
EFFECT: invention improves dynamics of fuel supply, increases indicator efficiency factor, realises multi-injection and time-controlled injections by means of simple mechanical devices.
