FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control over municipal transport traffic, that of refuse tippers, CIT vehicles, specially-equipped vehicles for transportation of museum rarities, ammunition, explosives, etc. For implementation of proposed method passive responders 1 and sounding unit 2 are used arranged at vehicle 3. There are also passive responders mounted at check points along preset route. Said sounding unit comprises transceiving antenna, transmitter starting generator, master oscillator, circulator, multiplier, narrow-band filter, power amplifier, two band pass filters, two phase detectors, memory unit, code comparator, timer and recorder. Every passive comprises piezocrystal, electrodes, bases and set of reflectors. Proposed method exploits complex phase-manipulation signals that feature high power and structural security.
EFFECT: efficient control.
