SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of automation and communication. Proposed integrated digital technology communication system contains subscriber devices that are connected through switches and/or routers to a data network, soft switches with signaling support modules, with modules for processing media information, with software modules for organizing technological types of communication, management server, IP-based data transfer network. Each softswitch is made in the form of a switching user equipment (SUE) having the functions of a subscriber unit and a program switch simultaneously, and the SUE contains a computing platform in computer format and includes an audio input device, an audio output device, a hardware switch of audio information, an input / output device for visual information to indicate information about the call and information received from the connected systems.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of using computing resources and simplified design.
