FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for pre-seeding treatment of seeds of agricultural crops and forest plants. The device comprises a feed hopper, a cylindrical drum with drive of motion, a hydraulic system of control and supply of chemical pesticides, sprayers of fluid and a discharge pipe. A drum shaft from the side of the feed hopper is connected to the drive shaft via the universal Hooke mechanism. From the side of the discharge pipe the drum shaft is pivotally connected to the crank with intersecting axes of hinge joints provided with a drive. The axes of the hinge joints of Hooke mechanism and the crank intersect at one point. At that the angle of inclination of the drum is equal to the angle between the axes of the crank hinges. The drum drive from the side of the feed hopper is mounted on a horizontal articulated platform which is provided with a locking device. In addition, the crank of the drum drive is made hollow. On one crank a unit of sprayers is mounted, and its other end is connected to the hydraulic system of control and supply of chemical pesticides.

EFFECT: invention has a high reliability and durability, and also improves the quality and uniformity of coating of seeds with chemical pesticides.
