The buffer includes a weak acid as well as the sodium or potassium salt of the said weak acid. The ratio of the said salt and the said weak acid is equal to 161 - 4:1. Additionally, one proposes the frozen product manufacture method.

EFFECT: inventions group allows to manufacture a product that has an acid taste and no demineralising effect on teeth.
