SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to food industry. One proposes a frozen confectionary product having pH from 4 to 6 and including 2-12 wt % of fructooligosaccharides and 0.6-4 wt % of a buffer. Additionally, one proposes the frozen confectionary product production method.
EFFECT: said invention group allows to manufacture a product having acid pH and low caloric content.
