FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for bone defects completion in tubular bones. Radical sanitizing treatment of soft tissues and bones in the defect area is performed. A cylindrical polymethyl methacrylate spacer with gentamicin is implanted into the defect area. The segment of the operated limb is fixed with an external fixation device. 3 to 5 weeks after installation of the external fixation device, the spacer is removed, preserving the induced autologous membrane formed around the spacer, the surgical wound is sutured, and platelet-rich plasma is injected into the induced autologous membrane. An osteotomy of the bone fragment is performed and a fragment intended for transport is formed. An external fixation device is used to transport the formed bone fragment in the area of the defect at a speed of 1 mm per day, moving the fragment towards the end of the opposing fragment. The fragment is transported until the diastase is filled with distraction regenerate and adjacent fragments are closed. The bone fragments are fixed with an external fixation device in the achieved position until the regenerate matures. The external fixation device is removed.

EFFECT: method ensures replacement of a bone defect with the patient's natural bone tissue by providing favorable conditions in the area of distraction for the maturation of the regenerate.
